Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale-Cypress Creek

It's not in the best place but it was a decent hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the coffee wasn't terrible.. nothing more to ask for.

The hotel is clean and nice. The rooms arel·large and beds are comfortable. The only downside is the location, it's across the street from a seedy looking night club, i didn't consider it particularly safe.

Clean rooms, clean pool and hot tub, excellent service. Lots of quick service restaurants within walking distance, but not much to do in the neighborhood without a car. One big negative about breakfast...they do not have butter, only "whipped spread." Not a big deal.unless you are a toast person, I guess.

Great hotel and friendly staff! Close to I95, clean rooms, plenty of parking, and great amenities. The pool and hot tub were in pristine condition. Breakfast had a lot of options (sprinkles and chocolate chips, yes please!) and was replenished promptly by Alexis. The staff was super kind and helpful from Michael and Alani at the front desk, to Alexis at the breakfast, to Storm who came quickly to repair our phone. I would definitely recommend this location. Bonus- plaza next to it has a mini market, pizza shop, and more restaurants to choose from.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Cypress Creek. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location is excellent close to everything, whether you’re heading to the beach, dining spots, or nearby attractions. As a Hilton Gold member, I really appreciated the extra attention to detail. Jackie even sent me a pleasant text shortly after check-in asking if I needed anything, which was a nice personal touch. I did have a small issue with my room, and this is where the service truly stood out. Jackie said she would come up personally with new keys for a different room and she did exactly that, in less than five minutes. She came right up and handed me the new keys herself. That level of responsiveness and care is rare and greatly appreciated. My room also has a large maybe 55” or 60” TV which is very rare for a hotel. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The outdoor pool is a great bonus, the gym though small has everything you need, and free breakfast is always a plus. Overall, this is a well-run property with excellent service and staff who genuinely care about the guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Fort Lauderdale area.

Excellent location, close to all the attractions I wanted to see. The room was quiet, and slept soundly thanks to the comfortable beds. The hotel also offers great value for money, with a delicious breakfast included." The front desk staff are always smiling and happy to accommodate. In addition, if I needed anything at all maintenance was always available. Grateful I chose this beautiful Hilton property. Great experience.

I just want to start off by saying what an absolutely phenomenal team of employees. This Hampton Inn went the complete extra mile and then some to completely surprise our now 6 year old daughter with a room full of fun! Balloons…..streamers……a wonderful gift. It brightened up our little girl’s world so much and really made a HUGE impression on her! Shoutout to JACKIE AND DANNY AND TEAM for being the absolute best hands down we have ever had in terms of service. We will absolutely be coming back again! As anyone should. The pool and hot tub were super clean. Thanks again everyone.

I have to say for the price of $65 a night it was worth it. The rooms are small, but they’re a decent size and they have everything you need. Only complaint I have is that I was able to smell an odor coming from the bathroom at times, but other than that, it was fine. I just kept the door closed and bought some air freshener. Their breakfast is really good. Customer service is fair. I’d stay here again.
